The problem

Good teachers get stuck.

Usually it's not about talent. It's positioning: the right schools, the right story, and knowing what actually blocks you.

Few or no interviews

You apply and hear nothing back. In China, referrals, demo lessons and relationships often count for more than keywords.

Not sure which schools fit

Training centres, public schools, kindergartens, bilingual and international schools, universities and online providers all hire differently.

Not sure how to approach recruiters

Don't know which is better between LinkedIn, WeChat and job boards? And what about school websites?

Is visa or qualification fit the blocker?

China is a very specific market. The requirements listed in a job ad won't tell you whether you can actually get the job. Visa requirements can be a hard requirement. Check the official rules for your situation.

Is this the right place for me?

A weak contract, the wrong city or the wrong school can cost you a year. The point is to pick well.

Who it's for

Three tracks.

Track 1

New ESL or bilingual teacher

Early in your career, often with a TEFL. You're looking at training centres, public schools, kindergartens or bilingual programmes.

Track 2

Licensed subject or international-school teacher

QTS, a state licence, IB, A-Level or AP experience. You're aiming for international or bilingual schools.

Track 3

Experienced teacher moving into leadership

You're going for head of department, coordinator, curriculum or school management roles.

How it works

From "where do I stand?" to a signed offer.

  1. Fit Check

Free. Your likely bottlenecks and an honest next step.

  2. Profile Audit

Where you stand in the market, and which schools fit.

  3. CV + Targeting

A China-specific CV and a ranked target list.

  4. Introductions

Warm, opt-in introductions, only with your written consent.

  5. Interview prep

A mock interview with written feedback.

  6. Offer evaluation

A careful look before you sign: we flag terms to question and give you questions to ask. Not legal advice.

You can start at any step.

About the founder

Hi, I'm Roger!

I taught in China for a long time, almost a full decade, and I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I know some schools put profit ahead of their teachers' well-being and financial health. This is why I decided to act and help teachers who will unfortunately face situations very similar to the ones I found myself in so many times. I always believed the problems would stay with my last school, but the sad reality that broke me was that the next school can always be worse than the previous one. If you're struggling with toxic managers, unclear or unrealistic expectations, and the risk of not getting a good reference for your next school, I'm your guy! Let's get you prepared.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee a job?

No. Nobody honest can. We don't guarantee a job, an interview, a visa or an offer. We improve your positioning, your materials and your approach. Schools make the hiring decisions.

Do you give visa or legal advice?

No. We're not a law firm, and we're not immigration advisers. We give general guidance only, and when something needs a lawyer or the proper authority, we say so.

Why pay when recruiters are free?

If a free recruiter can place you well, use them. We're for teachers who want honest positioning, a China-specific CV and target list, warm introductions instead of spam, and support through interviews and offers.

Who sees my CV?

Only the people you agree to. We get your written consent first, share only with named recipients, and only for specific roles. We never send your CV out in bulk.

What if I'm not a fit?

We'll tell you, usually in the free Fit Check or the consultation, and suggest where to go instead. We'd rather refer you out than sell you something that won't help.

How do the introductions work?

With your consent, we introduce you to up to 5 vetted recruiters or schools that fit your profile. You get outreach and follow-up templates and a tracking sheet. You never get a raw contact list, and we never send your CV without your written agreement.

"Vetted" means: the organisation is real and we checked it ourselves; we know the contact directly; the recruiter doesn't charge you, and any school-side fee is disclosed to you; and the recipient agreed to receive introductions from us, while you approved in writing that your CV goes to them for that role. It is not a guarantee of an interview, a job or an offer.

How do I order or book?

Career: start with the free Fit Check form, order a paid service through the order form, or book a free 10-minute intro call. Workplace: book the consultation through the booking link, or order other services through the workplace form; you pay by credit card before the call or before work starts. All forms open in a new tab. If one won't load from where you are, message us on WeChat instead. The website doesn't take payments.

How to pay: Pay by credit card, on the order form or the booking page.

What's your refund policy?

Career services: full refund if you cancel before kickoff; after kickoff, pro-rata based on completed deliverables; no refund once custom deliverables are delivered and accepted. The Fit Check is free.

Workplace support: you pay before booking. Consultation: full refund or a new slot if you cancel at least 24 hours before; no refund after the call. Written services: full refund before work starts, pro-rata after, none once the final document is delivered. Live sessions: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before. Refunds never depend on the outcome with your school. Full details under Refunds.
