What we provide

Career services for international teachers: profile assessment, CV and school targeting, opt-in introductions, interview preparation and offer evaluation, at the fixed prices and scope shown on the main page.

Workplace support for teachers: consultations, contract red-flag scans and reviews, preparation for conversations with management or a lawyer, a lawyer-ready briefing pack, and a free draft letter tool. We help you understand, prepare and organise. We do not represent you.

Payment is made before the call or before work starts. The website does not take payments. Pay by credit card, on the order form or the booking page.

What we don't provide

• No guarantee of a job, interview, visa or offer.
• No legal, immigration or tax advice. Offer and contract reviews, lawyer preparation and the letter tool are not legal advice.
• No representing you, and no promise of any outcome, in a workplace matter.
• No ghostwritten qualifications or fake experience.
• No unlimited calls or WeChat support.

Refunds: career services

• The Fit Check is free, so there's nothing to refund.
• Paid services: full refund if you cancel before kickoff.
• After kickoff: a pro-rata refund based on completed deliverables.
• No refund once custom deliverables are delivered and accepted.
• Disputes are handled in writing before any public review.

Refunds: workplace support

Payment is made before the call or before work starts.

• 30-min consultation (¥150): cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before and we refund in full or move you to another slot. If we miss the call, full refund. No refund after the call takes place.
• Written services (Contract Red-Flag Scan, Full Contract Review, Lawyer-Ready Briefing Pack): full refund if you cancel before we receive your documents and start work. After work starts, pro-rata refund based on what has been completed. No refund once the final document is delivered.
• Live sessions (Management Conversation Prep, Lawyer Meeting Prep): full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before. Later cancellations are not refunded, unless the problem is on our side.
• Workplace Prep Bundle: pro-rata refund for the parts not yet started.
• We promise no result in your situation, so refunds never depend on the outcome with your school.
• Disputes are handled in writing before any public review.

Lawyer introductions

• If you ask, we can introduce you to a lawyer. Our fee is ¥500, paid to us. It covers the introduction only and includes nothing paid to the lawyer.
• The lawyer's fee is agreed directly between you and the lawyer and is separate from ours. We receive nothing from the lawyer.
• The lawyer acts for you, not for us. FMySchool does not supervise or guarantee the lawyer's work, and we don't promise any result.
